Soulac Beach House(La Pavilion d'Eté) is a three bedroom New England-style wood-built beach house (sleeping six). Situated at the edge of the Gironde coastal resort of Soulac, in a prime location backing onto the dunes, there is easy access to the safe sandy beach. Comfortably furnished in classic "American summer-house" style, and with a huge shady first floor terrace, it offers relaxed summer living in a charming Belle Epoque resort, with loads to do for all ages.
The house is fully equipped for six people, with satellite TV, hi-fi, Wi-fi, books & DVDs for those rare rainy days. Each bedroom has duvets, pillows and bedspreads. We provide high quality cotton bed linen and towels, as well as weekly cleaning. A cot, high chair and safety gates also provided, as well as bodyboards & beach toys.
Electric heating, good insulation and double-glazing also make this house perfect for spring bird watching, autumn surfing or winter walks on the deserted beach.
